A much more successful rainbow cake!
I used gel food color this time, and a double batch of cake batter. Plus some lemon zest and juice in the batter and the frosting for flavor. I had a bit of a mishap with the purple, so it turned out more “indigo” than purple, which is more true to Roy G. Biv but not quite the hue I was going for. I was pretty proud of it, anyway!
